Delivery Details
We aim to have all lines shown on the website in stock and ready to dispatch. We always send you an email on day of despatch. All our Pet Beds are sent via Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Please provide us with an address (preferably a Business Address) where someone will be in to sign.
Standard Delivery
Charge: £3.99 for orders under £50 (Free for orders over £50)
Times: Monday - Friday
Areas: UK Mainland (Non-surcharge areas)
Orders will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt via a 48-72 hour courier service, so you can expect your new pet bed to be with you within a matter of a few working days. In the very rare event that a product is out of stock, please allow 14 days for delivery. (Surcharges apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey & Southern Ireland) please read below for applicable postcodes.

24hr Delivery
Charge: £9.99 (Delivery of £3.99 plus Overnight Surcharge of £6.00)

If you choose 24hr Delivery (Excluding Sat/Sun), please make sure orders are processed on the website by 10am on the day before you require delivery. Or give us a call on 01670 594130 if later than 10am to be sure of your item being despatched.

Scottish Highlands and Islands Deliveries
Charge: £11.99 (24hr delivery is NOT available)
Times: Monday - Friday
This area is defined by the following postcodes: IV(all), HS(all), KA27 to 28, KW(all), PA20 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH17 to 26, PH30 to 44, PH49 to 50 and ZE. Costs are shown by using the drop down box on the basket page.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly
Charge: £14.99 (24hr delivery is NOT available)
Times: Monday - Friday
Please select the appropriate Delivery cost option from the drop down delivery menu on the checkout page. Delivery Costs can depend on the content & size of your order, as a general rule of thumb 3 items would be £14.99 more than 3 items please call us to confirm delivery costs on 01670 594130.
Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) & Southern Ireland
Charge: Standard rate £14.99 applicable for upto 3 items (24hr delivery NOT available)

Delivery Costs can depend on the content & size of your order, as a general rule of thumb 3 items would be £14.99, more than 3 items please call us to confirm delivery costs on 01670 594130. VAT is not charged on orders to the Channel Islands, however a 17.5% admin fee is included in the price for orders to Jersey & Guernsey. .

Saturday Deliveries
We do not offer Saturday Delivery as an option on our website, however if this is the only day you can accept delivery, please call us on 01670 594130 and we can quote a delivery cost and sort this service for you.

Order Tracking
Orders are trackable online. After you have placed your order an email will be sent to you detailing how to track your order. Please allow 24hrs before tracking.

Missed Delivery
In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the Courier immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection. Please note you cannot request a re-delivery on a Saturday. If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is usually left by the courier. After 2 failed delivery attempts your items can be returned to our warehouse if not collected from the courier by yourself within a reasonable length of time , If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £10 to cover the cost of return and redelivery.

Returned Items
If an item is returned we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund minus £10 to cover cost of return and administration.
